MM Mall (Melawati Mall) was built by Cade Group, one of the largest real estate groups in Asia, with a joint investment of about 1.13 billion yuan. With a total construction area of about 945,000 square feet, it is a large shopping center consisting of eight-storey retail and five-storey parking lots. The project is positioned as a one-stop shopping and living leisure destination, serving about 800,000 people every day. The entire mall has 5 floors of parking lots, including more than 1500 parking spaces and 13 entrances and exits. It faces problems such as many entrances and exits, high labor costs, and high management difficulties.

In view of such a large traffic flow and complex terrain in the stadium, Xinbole has formulated a complete set of parking lot management plan for MM Mall with ultrasonic parking space guided parking + self-service payment. This includes more than 1500 sets of ultrasonic detection equipment and 23 sets of self-service payment equipment. It is mainly used to effectively guide and manage the parked vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot. It is combined with the self-service charging system to form a more intelligent parking lot management system. In the MM project, the parking lot management of the mall is more standardized and orderly, and the utilization rate of parking spaces is greatly improved.
